The public may be able to weigh in on what they’d like to see in a Complete Streets system in the city as early as next month.Members of City Council’s Transportation and Safety Committee met with the Bicycle Safety Commission during that group’s regular meeting Tuesday to discuss the issue.

Complete Streets is the concept that roadways be made safe and navigable for all users, including bicyclists and pedestrians. The possibility of the city undertaking Complete Streets in some measure has been in discussion since last year, and council passed a resolution in support of the concept last summer.To read the full story, click here.
