Technical assistance requests are routed to the consultant lead by policy issue area.
Navigate to the submitted request through the "My Requests" link and open the TA Request by clicking on the request in the list. Once the request is opened, you can make edits by clicking on the 'Edit' button located on the grey toolbar. Once you have made any edits or attached files to the TA request, click 'Save' button located on the grey toolbar. If the reviewers need additional information, you will be contacted.
Technical assistance is provided to both funded campaigns and unfunded campaigns working on issue areas we work on.
TA Requests are supported by our full team and in order to process your request quickly, each request should be submitted individually. The system only allows for you to select one 'Type of TA Request'.
We will do our best to accommodate all technical assistance needs, however, in some cases we may not be able to accommodate. If your request is closed but not resolved, the consultant assigned to TA Request will provide comments explaining why and will also make themselves available to you to answer any questions you may have.
On the top banner menu, you will see the link for "My Requests", which will display all of your open and closed TA requests. Once you start a new request and submit it, the request will be listed under "My Open TA Requests".
