Michigan’s governor signed a bipartisan education budget into law, which includes a historic investment for 10 Cents a Meal for Michigan’s Kids & Farms. The funding will aid 10 Cents a Meal in providing children with access to locally grown fruits and vegetables.

Many early childhood state policy advocacy organizations in the Alliance for Early Success network report that cultivating champions at the local level has helped them achieve statewide change.
