For the first time ever Voices for Healthy Kids is thrilled to be able to invite you to virtually attend the keynote session of our 2023 Summit!
Our exciting keynote speaker is Daniel Dawes, best-selling author of the widely acclaimed, The Political Determinants of Health. Mr. Dawes, a renowned Health Equity & Policy Expert, serves as the Senior Vice President, Global Health & Executive Director of the Global Health Equity Institute, Founding Dean of the Future School of Global Public Health at Meharry Medical College, which will be the first school of public health at a historically black institution.
Join us for what is sure to be an engaging and informative session titled: The Political Determinants of Health & How We Can Change Them.
Please feel free spread the word and invite your coworkers, coalition partners, funders, grantees, and anyone else you think might be interested in hearing from the author himself.
As you will be virtually joining a live program, we have scheduled the webinar to open at 9 am CT and anticipate that Mr. Dawes will be introduced between 9:10 am CT - 9:15 am CT and the session will last 60 minutes.
Consider hosting a virtual “watch party” with your staff or coalition partners to reimagine your work through this frame that takes “social determinants of health” up a few notches! Attendees will receive a worksheet to unpack the presentation as individuals or as part of a team.
Please RSVP today!
