About

Dr. Matt Barreto and Dr. Gabriel Sanchez from BSP Research presented findings from a recent national survey (n=1,500) they conducted on behalf of the American Heart Association. The survey focused on better understanding Latino’s attitudes toward sugary beverages and tax campaigns aimed at reducing consumption of beverages with excessive amounts of sugar. The webinar summarizes the main findings of the survey which has identified a host of strategies to improve the effectiveness of outreach to Latino communities.
